Privacy
Short version: reading this magazine doesn’t require any personal data, and we don’t track you.
Who is responsible
Wheel Magazine. Contact: magazinewheel@gmail.com. Full details in the legal notice.
What we collect when you read
Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no forms and no advertising or analytics tracking on this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. That is necessary to run the website (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
When you send us your bike
The “Submit your ride” form is a separate service with its own privacy notice, which you can read on the form itself before sending anything: privacy notice for submissions. If your submission is published here, we only show what you agreed to: your name, your bike, your country and, if you gave it, your Instagram handle.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your email only to reply, and we keep it for as long as the conversation needs.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to magazinewheel@gmail.com. If you think we haven’t handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
